Purpose-built boxing and martial arts programme for teenagers aged 11-16. Develop real boxing skills, build confidence, improve fitness, and channel energy positively through expert coaching.
The teenage years are critical for building confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Boxing provides all three while channelling teenage energy into something structured, challenging, and rewarding.
Our teens programme bridges kids classes and adult training with age-appropriate intensity. Teenagers learn genuine boxing skills — proper technique, combinations, defence, and pad work — while building the character traits that serve them for life.
Many teens come in shy or lacking direction. Within weeks, parents notice improved confidence, better focus at school, increased physical fitness, and a positive social group. Boxing gives teenagers purpose and pride in their development.

Learning to box builds genuine self-confidence through skill mastery. Teens carry this confidence into school, social situations, and future challenges.
Boxing demands concentration and effort. Parents consistently report improved focus at school and better self-discipline at home after their teen starts training.
Boxing training develops cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, and reflexes. Far more engaging than gym machines or school PE.
Teens join a respectful community of like-minded young people. They make friends, find mentors, and develop healthy social connections.
Confident, disciplined teens are far less likely to be bullied — and far less likely to bully others. Boxing builds the right kind of strength.
For teens who want to compete, we provide structured preparation for junior boxing competitions and interclub events. Always optional.

Yes! We provide preparation for junior competitions for those interested. However, competition is completely optional — many teens train for fitness and skills only.
The opposite is true. Boxing teaches discipline, respect, and controlled behaviour. Research shows martial arts training reduces aggression and improves emotional regulation in teenagers.
Just athletic clothing and trainers. We provide all boxing gloves and equipment. As they progress, they may want their own gloves and hand wraps.
Parents consistently report improved concentration, better behaviour, and increased self-discipline after their teen starts boxing. Physical activity also boosts academic performance.
